Shipping destinations:

• We ship both locally (USA/Canada) and worldwide.
• All beanies are shipped direct from Norlond headquarters in Canada.

Shipping times:

• Local orders take 3-5- business days to be delivered to you and we ship within 1-3 business days.
• International orders take 7-15 business days to be delivered via Canada Post International courier,.
• We ship orders Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.
• Shipping time might vary depending on location, shipment method, and other factors.

Shipping cost:

• All shipping costs will be shown upon checkout. However please be advised that local taxes and import duties may apply and is not included in the shipping costs.
• Free shipping is applied on all orders over $75.

All orders from Norlond come with 30 days return policy.

Returns are therefore accepted only in urgent and serious cases. Items must be sent back to us undamaged.  In a case of any postal problem (delay, lost package, or damage) we will send you a free replacement.

Let us know via the contact form or via email: info@norlond.com what you are returning and what the reason is for your return, accompanied by your order number. In case of damage, always include pictures of the damages in your message. This is applicable to damage to packaging and the items in the package! 

We accept payments with VISA, Mastercard and American Express - for credit card payments, currently, Paypal is used as a payment gateway.
